Regular mime training in MAPA designed for all age groups, focusing on articulation, balance and playfulness. The first 8 episodes were designed and recorded during quarantine period in 2020, therefor suitable for confined spaces. What you need: space about 2x2m, clean floor, comfortable clothing.

35 min. training. If you are not familiar with the GMB exercises, we advise you to check the basic program first. What you need is a 2x2m space, comfortable clothing.

15 minutes warm up

This short training is based on the beginner exercises you find in the previous GMB episodes. It is advised to begin with the first 2 intro videos to get acquainted with the material. The recording was made during the analogue projection workshop by MAPA in 2021, where participants start a day with physical training as preparation.
