Dear Performer, Come and try the energised meditation routine which contains rhythmical breathing, relaxation and creative visualisation guided by uplifting music. The main goal of this practise is to optimise our breathing capacity, which means we can use the O2 most efficiently and we train our body to tolerate CO2.
